Use of dirwan88

1 Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the dirwan88.net website together with all pages, services and functions contained within it.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with or uses the dirwan88 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile of a user registered on the dirwan88 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total cash amount in a user's account that can be used for betting or withdrawn subject to the conditions set out herein.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, additional funds or any promotional incentive offered by dirwan88 to users.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total wagering amount that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in or using any part of the dirwan88 platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

Acceptance of these terms also includes your agreement to the dirwan88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this agreement in its entirety.

3 Account Registration

Users are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. Information requested includes full name, mobile number, email and password.

• Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and the balance within them may be forfeited.
• Users are fully responsible for ensuring that their account password is kept secure and not shared with any other party.
• dirwan88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including a copy of the identity card (MyKad) or relevant documents, before processing any withdrawal.
• Accounts using false information or whose owner's identity cannot be verified will be closed without prior notice.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

dirwan88 supports a range of deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for each payment method.
• All deposits must use a payment method registered in the name of the same user. Payments from third parties are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to the account immediately after transaction confirmation is received from the payment provider.
• dirwan88 does not bear any fees charged by payment service providers or banks to users.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

dirwan88 offers various types of bonuses to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements and must be used in accordance with the relevant rules.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 200% up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus value before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until the wagering requirements are met.
• dirwan88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses that have been abused, including the use of betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Other bonuses such as cashback, reload promotions and VIP programmes have their own conditions as stated on their respective promotions pages.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made through the payment methods supported by the dirwan88 platform. All requests are subject to internal review before processing.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• The typical processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes after a withdrawal request is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the dirwan88 account.
• dirwan88 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security or compliance review purposes, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity.
• All bonus-related wagering requirements must be fully met before funds can be withdrawn.

7 Accepted User Conduct

dirwan88 users agree to use the platform responsibly and to comply with all rules set out herein. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Any form of collusion between players or cheating in games.
• Opening multiple accounts to obtain promotional benefits more than once.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account details without authorisation.
• Submitting any content that is seditious, defamatory, obscene or in breach of Malaysian law.
• Abusing customer support channels with unreasonable requests or offensive language.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

dirwan88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for reasons it deems appropriate, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• Failed identity verification or inaccurate registration information.
• Suspicious activity or activity potentially involving money laundering.
• Requests from relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies.

In cases of account closure due to a breach, dirwan88 reserves the right to hold the balance in the relevant account until the investigation is concluded. A valid balance will be returned to the user once the matter is resolved, unless the balance is the result of activity that violates these terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, dirwan88 and its related parties are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by users while using this platform.

• dirwan88 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, fully secure or free from technical errors.
• Users acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk, and they place bets at their own discretion and responsibility.
• dirwan88 is not responsible for any financial decisions made by users based on information found on the platform.

10 Responsible Gambling

dirwan88 is committed to responsible gambling practices. Users are encouraged to set personal limits and monitor their gambling activity regularly.
